House Rules

A few simple rules help us keep Rossedale Suites & Hotel comfortable, safe and welcoming for every guest. By staying with us, you agree to the rules below. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Check-In and Identification

• Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• A valid government-issued photo identity document is required at check-in for every guest.

Smoking and Pets

• All our rooms are smoke-free.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.

Dining

• Our in-house, air-conditioned restaurant serves in-house guests only.
• We do not serve alcohol on the property.

Extra Beds

• Extra beds are available on request and are chargeable. Please tell us your number of guests when booking and our team will help.

Conduct and Safety

• Please treat the property, its staff and other guests with courtesy and care.
• For your security, please deposit valuables with the front desk; we are not liable for the loss of valuables not deposited with us.
• Our 24-hour front desk is always on hand, please tell us if you need anything during your stay.
