Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to stays and bookings at Rossedale Suites & Hotel, 159 Avarampalayam Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the booking. If you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Bookings and Payment

Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes. Rates and availability are confirmed at the time of booking. A valid government-issued photo identity document is required for every guest at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Please review the cancellation rules below before you book. The following applies to bookings made directly with the hotel:

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days of arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
• In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Extra Beds

Extra beds are available on request. Please tell us your number of guests when booking and our team will help.

House Rules

A few simple rules, covering check-in and ID, smoking, pets, dining and guest conduct, help us keep the hotel comfortable and safe for everyone. The essentials are below; please read our full House Rules before your stay.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• All our rooms are smoke-free.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Our in-house restaurant serves in-house guests only; we do not serve alcohol.
• Please treat the property, its staff and other guests with courtesy and care.

Liability

We take care to keep our property safe and well maintained. We are not liable for the loss of valuables not deposited with the front desk, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
